Women in Horror – Spotlight: Evelyn DeShane

My spotlight today, with Valentine’s Day looming, falls on one of the writers in the Grotesquerie whose forte is romance and who believes “every story is a love story” … apparently even if horror is involved. Offering up the short story “Baby Eyes,” she has dipped her toe into horror more than once in her written works. Her published horror includes her flash piece on microhorror.com and will include her tale in the upcoming To Hell with Dante from Martinus Press.

She’s also a literary writer and a poet, a purveyor of diverse creativity.
